- PLEASE NOTE: SOFTBALL REGISTRANTS SHOULD ALL MARK ‘YES’ FOR THE RESIDENCY QUESTION DURING REGISTRATION, REGARDLESS OF YOUR HOME ADDRESS.
10U league softball is for girls age 9 and 10. Softball teams will play locally against GJLS teams as well as local rec teams around Columbus. The league is kid pitch and is designed to be instructional. Players should get a chance to play a variety of defensive positions. All teams participate in a playoff tournament at the end of the season, with 1st and 2nd place teams earning individual trophies.
Player evaluations will be the week of March 25th. More information will be sent out closer to the evaluations.
Game Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays
Practice: Preseason two days a week – Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays; Practice during season are set by coach will follow same days as preseason
Location: Gahanna Middle School West (practices & home games); Bexley fields (away games)
Practices begin the week of April 1st. Games begin April 27th and the end of season tournament will end no later than June 27th.
Coaches are always needed at this level, along with a Commissioner who can administer the league. For more information, visit the Coaching Information page.

- Rates have been increased to reflect rising material and umpire costs and rates increased for field usage by the city of Gahanna.
- The city of Gahanna will be auditing addresses and underpaid registrations will need to be paid in full prior to participation.
